I hope to offer you dear reader, cheerful reflections upon the days and miles I pedal, along with encouragement to get out and explore by bicycle yourself! Perhaps too, if I attempt a bit of amusing anecdotes along the way, I may invoke your readership as well. Thanks for stopping by... cheers, muse

I'm completely enthralled with how I can embed google docs and spreadsheets into the blog... AND I've got a calendar under development too. So stay tuned. It's all pretty geeky stuff, but if ya know me, ya know that I dig this like mad.(Soon to come are links from my mileage charts to the actual route maps!... very cool!)
If ya want more info on How I'm pulling all of this together you can spend more time reading about it in the "About" section, surprisingly enough. 'Til next time... cheers, cm

I've been away for a few days working at the UK Green Film Festival for Sustrans in Cardiff; so I need to spend some time fiddling behind the curtains today. I hope you are liking the new digs so far. (Hint: your comments are most welcome and appreciated...).
I was asked to describe a bit about how I'm putting this thing together, so to answer that simple question; you can now read all about it in the expanded "About" section. If you've any questions, of course... just ask away in the comments.
Now I'm off again... seeya on the flip-side. Cheers, cm

And of course you may have noticed the new banners! Thanks to "I think in Purple", we have a new look and colour scheme.
I'm putting together some little sidebars to hopefully assist with using some of the features... (of course, I'm spending more time designing than implementing).
So poke around... kick the tires and tell me what you think. I'll be back soon with more updates... cheers, cm

You should also notice that we've expanded the site significantly with the addition of a "navbar" beneath the banner of every page. This new navigational tool will not only allow us to better archive the important details we publish, but it should also assist you, our dear readers, in referencing; maps, charts, and the photo galleries we create as we travel further down the road. Feel free to poke around and kick the tires.
We've also simplified (hopefully) the method for posting comments beneath each of the blogs so that you can interact with the writers and their content. So please... go for it! Tell us what you think. How do you like the new design? Are there any locations you'd like for us to visit and/or report about? Where are we going next? Ask us anything... (we're good at finding answers!)
Additionally, we're looking for new content from outside sources.... stories and/or pictures from people just like you. Have you been on a trip; found a new bike path? If you've got something that you think would make an interesting contribution to our site; just go to the contact section and drop us a note. It's that easy and we'd love to hear from you.
And finally, we're going to begin looking into relevant advertising and sponsor-ships. If you've got a product that you'd like reviewed or if you've a service that our readers might find of benefit....drop us a line. This website is completely non-profit and everything we do is to support cycling and touring Wales.
So I hope to hear from you folks soon. Meanwhile, I'll be plugging along. Keep watching and reading; we should have a new launch date coming soon. I'll keep ya posted.
